PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal,( Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal). We also accept Personal checks, Money Orders and Bank Checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
SHIPPING TIME and Shipping Methods
SHIPPING METHODS.. Items usually take 2-10 Business days to process before shipping out.(Candles are hand poured at the receipt of the order to ensure the best possible quality). We ship our candles by UPS GROUND. Candle Holders and accessories, crosses, etc are shipped by USPS.
Damaged Shipment
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order so be sure you are selecting the type,color and scent you want. We do not accept returns or refunds because you do not like the scent or color,etc.If you receive your order and there was a mistake made by us we will gladly do what we can to correct it. Contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of your order if you have a problem or question . Keep all packaging and damaged items in case of a problem. We will not refund Shipping and handling charges. We will however pay for Shipping to replace an item if there is a mistake made on your order by us.We will not accept any type of return unless you have contacted us first and received a return number. (The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any damaged item you purchase from us!)
Liability Limits
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
